I asked Ruddy (hubby) this morning if he got the license plate number
to the truck that ran me over. Seriously, that's how I feel...banged-up. For the first time
in about a year, I worked out. Do you consider yoga a workout? Let me
tell you...if you could feel how sore I am right now...you wouldn't
question it. My arms must weigh about 30 lbs each today and there are bones
in my back that I didn't know existed. The instructor had me doing
headstands, shoulder stands, vinyasas and all sorts of bindings I
forgot I could do.
I was dreading this feeling all along...but I know that if I stick to the plan (getting back into shape)...my mind and body will feel 100 times better. Looking good and saying goodbye to flabby arms will just be a great by-product. Wait...let me not lie...you know summer is around the corner and having cute arms ala Michelle Obama is at the top of my priority list. Whatever it takes girlies...whatever it takes.
